PINE & CRANE is a fast-casual Taiwanese restaurant located in the heart of Silver Lake. Our goal is to bring you authentic, delicious Taiwanese fare in a comfortable, modern setting. We are passionate about what we do, and take pride in preparing our food using simple, fresh ingredients. In addition to Taiwanese staples like Three Cup Chicken and Beef Noodle Soup, we offer a variety of small plates, traditional cold appetizers, and vegetarian/vegan options. Our beverage list includes a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas sourced from Taiwan and a rotating craft beer, wine, and sake list.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I make reservations?
A: We are very casual here and do not take reservations. Seating is first-come, first-serve--but feel free to give us a call before you arrive and we'll be happy to let you know how busy things are in the dining room.
Q: Can I save a seat before placing my order?
A: We ask guests to kindly refrain from saving seats prior to placing their orders. This ensures that everyone gets seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q: What if I can't find a seat after I've ordered?
A: Not to worry! Grab a drink, relax by the bar, and our seater will keep an eye on your party and let you know as soon as an appropriate table opens up (at which point the kitchen will also be notified, so you won't start receiving food until you're all settled).
Q: Can we sit outside in the Sunset Triangle?
A: Absolutely. However, the Triangle is a public space, and we do not have the necessary permit to provide outside table service. This means we cannot serve alcohol or provide glassware for those who choose to sit outside--but we'll gladly pack up your food in to-go containers and provide you everything you need (napkins, utensils, extra sauces, etc) for a picnic. Just be sure to let the cashier know that you wish to sit outside when you place your order.

TAKE-OUT/ PICK-UP
In a rush, or want to eat at home? We offer takeout during our regular business hours. Click the "Order Take-Out" button to place an order. Take-out orders are usually ready within 20-25 minutes, but please anticipate wait times of up to an hour during peak dinner times. When you arrive at our location, come straight to our pick-up counter up your food.

We partner with Caviar for delivery orders. Please visit their website to place a delivery order.
CATERING
